Mark was amazing to work with. As first time buyers we were a little nervous to start this journey but he was so positive and patient throughout the entire process. If we had questions he always had answers. He never pushed us to make a decision too hastily which we also appreciated a great deal. And we ended up finding the house that was perfect for us. I would recommend Mark 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I have never known someone to work as hard as Mark did for me. He gave me feedback on all the people showing my house. The first day I asked him to sell my house he had a professional take pictures and the best description of my house. He sold my house in no time in winter. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Mark Street was enthusiastic, professional and phenomenal to deal with in our recent purchase. We were brand new to the city of Grande Prairie, so needless to say there was a lot for us to figure out in the different neighborhoods our new city has to offer,... and Mark was very patient,... on one of our search days we were looking at homes for like 12 hours with 2 short breaks. When we finally narrowed down our 2 favored areas, of course it became a lot easier;) Mark was very prompt in getting back to us with any and all questions and advice. When we found the final home we purchased,... again his dedication shone when we faced a 72 hour clause removal from the sellers,... he met with us late at night to ensure the needed documents were signed on time. Mark would text and call to make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. We were blessed to have been referred to and deal with Mark and would highly recommend him!
