Mark Street is a terrific realtor! Personable, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to show a house within a reasonable amount of time, kept us up to date on new listings which met our criteria and price range, realistic in pointing out the pluses and the issues each home presented, on top of stats I.e. trends, sales, etc. For background...we have lived in our first bought home for fifty years in a small town in Nova Scotia which was a very straightforward purchase in 1972. Moving across the country and going through the house purchasing experience in a city while in our 70’s could have been daunting. Mark was always enthusiastic! He is a gem to to real estate industry and we would highly recommend him.
