Mark was great to work with, he was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I dealt with throughout the entire process. I especially loved his what’s next email, where he goes into great detail about the next steps you need to take when you make an offer on a home. As a first time home buyer I found it extremely reassuring and comforting that he goes to such great lengths to make sure I understood the process. He is very charismatic and easy going, which made me comfortable and confident in what I wanted in a home. He was a very patient man and I loved that I never felt rushed, overall my experience with Mark was phenomenal. I would recommend him to everyone 😊 A++

In the beginning of our house search and because I am located outside of Grande Prairie, my husband and Mark looked at homes without me. Mark seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for before he met me. 😀 Mark was outstanding!! I’ve never met a realtor with so much knowledge of a city.
