Glad we went with mark! There was some issues along the way... However, none of them were caused by mark, though a few were definitely fixed by mark! He did a great job and we would definitely use him in the future. I didnt know much about selling and buying but mark was able to explain everything that needed to be done and how to go anout it as well as help more then 99% of realitors would for sure.

Mark ask questions about many aspects of our home and history. Some of the questions seemed annoying at times (i.e. sump pump hole), but over all was beneficial to the sale of our home.
