I had no idea that selling a house could go that smoothly. On my first phone call Mark provided me with excellent guidance on what would be needed so that I could have the information ready for him at our first meeting. When we met, I was very impressed with his thorough knowledge of the market, the process, and a multitude of possibilities. Overwhelming, but he proved that he knew exactly what he was talking about. The negotiations were expertly handled and he knocked it out of the park for us. He walked several extra miles for us, as the process was started, and practically concluded, while we were on vacation!
