Her communication throughout the process was absolutely stellar and she met me in all types of weather for showings. I never felt rushed or pressured, and could relax during the process, knowing that I had someone with her level of care and experience looking out for my best interests. Jessica knows and does her job thoroughly. She is always reachable. She guided us very well throughout our house-purchasing process. We could buy the wrong house in some situations, but she always guided us in the right direction. She has excellent negotiation skills. Our negotiation happened on a weekend, and she put all her effort throughout the weekend to complete the transaction.
