When I reached out to Jessica to discuss selling our house and purchasing another I brought her absolute chaos. She didn’t flinch at the urgency or complexity of what we wanted to accomplish, instead she immediately got to work and did not stop until our house was sold quickly and we were in our dream home. Jessica is an expert in real estate, contract negotiating and strategy. She kept our best interests at heart while advising us professionally through what was at times a rocky circumstance which ultimately resulted in such a successful transaction for both selling our house and purchasing our next. Can't say enough good things about Mark and Jessica. Everything they did during the process of assessing, listing, and selling our home was above expectations and we sold the home in less than two weeks for the asking price. They had a good team of stagers and photographers to ensure the home looked it's best. One of the things that stands out with this team is their experience and knowledge about the industry and the effort they go to to get the best value for their clients. Ten years ago we bought the home with Mark's help and he did not disappoint back then so we knew we were in good hands when it came time to sell. Our only disappointment is that we can't take this team with us to our new town to help us buy a home again.
