In a very accommodating and flexible approach they were able to guide us in our search with prompt communication pulling from a depth of knowledge and experience that seems unmatched. Any neighbourhood we were interested in (Up and down the peninsula, within Victoria, and out to the west shore) they consistently came prepared with all the information needed and presented in such a way to not be pushy but appreciably supportive. Although due to our own limitations, we ended up needing to purchase a home out of province, our time with their team empowered and educated us to quickly find a home in another market. Jessica knows and does her job thoroughly. She is always reachable. She guided us very well throughout our house-purchasing process. We could buy the wrong house in some situations, but she always guided us in the right direction. She has excellent negotiation skills.
