I feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with Jessica Salter as a first-time homebuyer. Jessica is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to provide thorough step-by-step guidance as we explored each option that became available. She also has a great network of connections in the Victoria area, which was hugely beneficial in completing each step of the searching and purchasing process. Beyond this, Jessica is so patient, and was available any time I had a question, or to put my mind at ease when my nerves were getting the better of me. Ultimately, she was able to help me stay within my budget and get into my dream home. I fully trust her judgment and expertise in the competitive market in Victoria and the surrounding area, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Jessica Salter is one of the most honest people I know. Even during the excitement of selling and purchasing our home, she meticulously ensured we had covered all aspects properly. As someone who had many questions, I never felt pressured by Jessica to proceed a certain direction. As well, Jessica took the time to set us up with a staging company consultation (at no cost to us) to ensure our home was looking top-notch. Before photos were taken, Jessica eased my worries and made sure I felt comfortable with how our home looked and was very hands on to support us. Jessica is a strong negotiator and worked diligently to ensure we had the best results. It was a pleasure working with Jessica and I can't recommend her enough!
