I first met Jessica in 2018 when I was first looking for housing for my potential return to Victoria.i finally purchased and returned to Victoria in 2021. Jessica kept in touch with me during that entire time providing information and support on the real estate market. Jessica is friendly knowledgable and professional. She very quickly understood what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction helping me purchase in a great area with a great price point. I would highly recommend Jessica to potential buyers and sellers.

Jessica helped me buy my first home, and I’m so glad she was there every step of the way. She was patient, kind and always had great advice. We looked at a lot of places and I never felt like she was too busy for me. Not a high pressure type of person at all.

If I could give Jessica 100 stars I would! My partner and I had such a great experience with Jessica. She helped us buy our first home and was so on top of everything always. She treated us with so much kindness and respect, and her genuine and professional attitude really shined through! We had a particularly stressful experience with our lawyers and mortgage broker, and she was right there by our side the entire time (but not at all over bearing) to make the experience way better!
