<p>Jessica was very accommodating with my extremely compressed timeline. Being in the military and moving across the country we are sometimes not given more than a week to secure housing. Jessica made sure we were able to see every house I was interested in and was very diligent with gathering secondary information about each property. I would 10/10 recommend working with her. I will definitely be seeking her services for future real estate ventures in the future!</p>

Jessica is the ideal agent! She worked very hard for me, finding out information, explaining issues, arranging viewings even in a restricted time, and negotiating a good closing price for the place I bought. She was an excellent communicator, and really patient with my process of discovering my financial parameters, my preferred neighbourhood, and my living space needs. She was resourceful, respectful, positive, and professional in every way.
