Jessica helped us find a condo for our Son in Victoria. Logistically it was a bit of a challenge as he was living in Victoria and we live on the mainland. But Jessica was able to facilitate a day for us to come over to the Island and look at a few places and then help our Son with viewings after that. Our plan morphed along the way, we originally were going for a 2 bedroom but ended up in a studio condo! Jessica was patient with us and help us work through our various options. She was also very helpful and strategic during negotiations and guided us through the due diligence process when we were removing our subjects. She was very responsive to emails and questions and we would have no issue recommending her for anyone who is looking to purchase property in Victoria.

Super friendly, always one step ahead of the game. Easy to get ahold of, available and always returns phone calls. Goes the extra mile and being a first time home buyer I really appreciated the support and information she provided. We will always use Jess for any future real estate endeavours and will always recommend her to others looking to buy or sell a home.

Jessica was a great Realtor. She listened to what I had to say, she was so pleasant and she worked hard for me. There was never any pressure and she really was committed to find me a home that was right for me. Her advice was invaluable and I ended up getting more than asking for my house and then got an accepted offer at less than askingg for the property that I bought! Very good Realtor.

Jessica was great! She explained the process in a way we could understand, she was easy to reach, and she made sure we were taken care of. Jessica caught things in the conditions agreement that we didn’t and made sure that we were protected - you could tell she had our best interest in mind. Jessica provided options for us when it came to negotiations and made that process less stressful for us. Jessica went out of her way to find out information about the area we were buying in that really helped us feel confident in our decision. I also liked how Jessica and her husband are real estate partners. They consulted with each other in regards to our purchase and that made me feel confident in each step - there was a team on our side. I would recommend Jessica to others!

I'd highly recommend Jessica. She was well educated, professional and extremely prompt in all our interactions. She realized how emotional and stressful the process was for us and guided us through it every step of the way. We had a deal collapse and within an hour she had worked quickly to line up 5 new viewings for our home - we received another offer that night!
