<p>Jennifer helped me sell my home when she was 9 months pregnant and in the midst of a pandemic. Not only did she help connect us with a great referral agent where we were moving to, but she took care to follow up long after our house was sold. She really cares about her clients. Her marketing is great too and truly showed our house in the best light. It had been listed with a different agent previous and did not sell. We really noticed the difference from the moment we hired Jennifer!</p>

I was a military transfer and I read online reviews to see who was good as my previous agent had not done such a great job for me. Jennifer was the name that kept coming up, so I gave her a call. Not only was she able to give me a quick assessment, she also gave advice on how to best market my property even with some of the negatives that were present within the home. She had the home sold in under two weeks and was able to refer me to a lawyer that was also registered with BGRS. It was a much different and far more pleasant experience than my first time around!

We have never worked with an agent as honest or thorough as Logan. He shared his knowledge and expertise with us on every house, rather than just try to make a sale. He understands that this is the biggest investment of our lives, and does everything to make sure it’s the right decision. He doesn’t just know houses, he understands electrical, plumbing, structural issues, and always comes prepared with background information about permits, comps, everything. On top of all that he is truly just such a genuine friendly guy. Can’t recommend him highly enough. I know in this industry, everyone “knows a guy” they feel obligated to use. But trust me, like I said this is the biggest investment of your life...you want the best agent at your side and that’s Logan!

Logan's professional and knowledgable service was the decisive factor in a successful overseas house hunting trip (HHT). There was no need to explain the nuances and challenges of a BGRS move, the Jennifer Queen Team have extensive experience moving military families. I can't emphasise how important this was given that I had one week to fly from a foreign country and close a home. Home showings were expertly lined up back to back the first day. Logan's eye for detail and knowledge of the Winnipeg home market quickly whittled down the list of homes. Solid advise and responsiveness during negotiations quickly resulted in an accepted offer at a great price. When issues popped up during the inspection, Logan went the extra mile to seek out professional advise and resolve an issue that could have resulted in the failure of the house hunting trip.
