Jennifer has been a champion in our family house journey. From buying, selling & now again buying and selling I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for the first time and I’m sure it will be the same this time. She encouraged us not to settle & was so patient in explaining the steps and answering all my questions.

We were moving from Ontario so we traveled every other weekend to view houses, Amy was so patient and always had a range of houses to view. She was very informative and I never felt pressured or judged. It was a wonderful experience.

Great and realistic realtor, Jen was amazing and she worked hard on selling our home. Definitely was happy with the professionalism and speed of getting us on the market with brochures on short notice! Was very impressed and felt like we were in good hands. She had great recommendations on set ups, made us feel welcomed and supported. I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell their home in Winnipeg! Very pleased with the outcome.

It's fair to say that Jennifer earned our gratitude, respect, and custom before we even met her. Actually, before we even set foot in Canada. Looking to move to Canada from the U.K., we emailed several Realtors in the Winnipeg area, seeking advice, information, and any leads on properties coming to market. Some didn't bother to reply. Some said, "Call me when you've moved." But Jennifer went above and beyond, sending us information about the areas of Winnipeg, letting us know some of the processes involved in buying a home, and reassuring us she would be happy to help when we were ready to take the plunge. Her enthusiasm and professionalism continued once we'd arrived, as we discussed whereabouts in the city we were looking to explore, established our criteria for our home, and began making visits to promising properties. Jennifer has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about real estate, and a keen eye for detail, and we learned so much from her during our search. Her drive to match us with the ideal home, and her encouragement not to settle for second-best kept our spirits up and our energy renewing continually until she matched us with the perfect place. Ten years on, and with our household growing, we naturally turned to Jennifer once more for help with the next stage in our lives. The intervening years had done nothing to diminish her excellence, and she smoothly picked up where we'd left off, as though no time at all had passed. Once again, she swiftly got to the heart of what was driving our move, and sought out the most ideal properties to suit our needs - ably assisted by her husband Logan, and the rest of her team. In short order, we had found our new home, and are happily making it our own, settling into our new neighborhood and lives. We cannot recommend Jennifer more highly. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy, and an absolute delight to work with, and we honestly wouldn't consider making a move on the real estate front without consulting her first.

Logan was very informative and gave good advice based on the situation we were in. We had some hiccups with the buyer but it all turned out ok in the end. He's AWSOME!!!
