Logan's professional and knowledgable service was the decisive factor in a successful overseas house hunting trip (HHT). There was no need to explain the nuances and challenges of a BGRS move, the Jennifer Queen Team have extensive experience moving military families. I can't emphasise how important this was given that I had one week to fly from a foreign country and close a home. Home showings were expertly lined up back to back the first day. Logan's eye for detail and knowledge of the Winnipeg home market quickly whittled down the list of homes. Solid advise and responsiveness during negotiations quickly resulted in an accepted offer at a great price. We have sold 22 homes (now 23), and we must say that Jennifer’s level of customer service is unprecedented. She had PPE baggies made up for each guest, somehow managed to source Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer and masks amidst a pandemic just so we could feel safe about having people in our home. That doesn’t even touch on the beautiful photography and videography she had done of our home and exemplary marketing. If all that wasn’t enough, she also was well in-touch with the market and had a buyer in mind when listing our property. That buyer ultimately ended up buying our home. We will certainly be recommending her to our family and friends!

We need to give credit where credit is due! Jennifer sold our house – that had existing quotes for significant foundation repair. She brought us multiple offers and helped us navigate what a realistic selling price would be for a home in need of repairs such as ours. She did all of this while we were out of province and amidst a pandemic. We appreciate her ability to keep in touch including detailed weekly reports that kept us in the loop. Top notch service and attention to detail. Now, we need a Jennifer in Calgary!
