She was thorough in discovering where I was searching, provided listings every day as they became available and made herself any day and time of the week needed to do showings or gather more information. While viewing homes, she also carries knowledge of common issues to look for with major mechanical and structural elements of the home. A great bonus for someone unfamiliar with all of these aspects of a property. Further she went above and beyond once I had made the offer and secured my home, making sure I had access to the property before possession to have contractors complete estimates and do measurements before I moved in.
