Amy from the Jennifer Queen Team was so great to work with! From the initial meeting, she came prepared and told us what to expect and gave her honest advice and tips on what to do to sell our home. We were concerned about the current COVID19 spike in Manitoba and she came wearing a mask in all our meetings, had PPE bags, signs, hand sanitizer, wipes available during the showings. She was very quick to reply to all our questions and concerns. When it came down to the offer and the other requests from the buyers, Amy was professional and kept us up to date. Amy was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to look at when buying houses. My husband and I were buying our first home and had no previous experience so it was very helpful to have a real agent who knows a lot about houses. She wasnt trying just to sell but was always honest with us when she found something that could cause problems in the future like foundational cracks, aluminium wiring or changes that have been done to a home without permits being pulled. She was very flexible and friendly and we even got the house we wanted for a really good deal.
