Jennifer was incredibly patient with my wife and I when we were selling our condominium. We had it on the market in March when COVID first struck, and asked her if we could take it off the market. She did so without any pushback, even though we were still obligated by our contract. She kept in touch with us just to give us updates on how things were going and we felt very confident when we listed our unit again with her in the fall. She actually ended up creating a bidding war on our condo and we are quite happy with the offer we accepted! She has continued to give us advice even though we only wanted to rent. A very considerate and thoughtful person. We truly feel that we can trust her!

Jennifer was the third agent that we had list our home. She was honest and upfront with us about the condo market and its challenges. She provided us with ample supplies throughout the process (hand sanitizer, wipes) and kept us up-to-date with what was happening. She also dropped off fancy feature sheets and had great photos done. Would use again!

Jen helped me in my consults when building a new home. She gave me options among new builders, sent me other resale options as well, and helped to ensure I was well taken care of through the process. She even attended my design meeting, which the builder was very impressed with and said not a lot of agents take part in. I take possession on my newly built home this January and couldn’t be more excited! I also plan to list my condominium with her around the same time. I have no doubt given the level of professionalism that I have experienced, that she will do a great job there as well.

Jennifer helped me with the sale of my home. She came with other listings in the area to show me what my home was worth and did her research. She provided COVID supplies and constantly followed up to make sure we had plenty of stock. When one of our offers fell through, she was proactive and brought us another offer within a day. She continues to be quick to respond to my questions and I am quite pleased with the level of service and professionalism that I received.

Jen has helped my family with several properties. Most recently, she helped with the sale of my Mom’s condo. My mom has Alzheimer’s. She was patient and gracious with us, and it meant a lot.
