Jason was an excellent real estate agent to work with. He was always very knowledgeable around each step of the journey from pricing, real estate market stats and trends and negotiating. Jason was great with communication and always responded in a timely manner. He was very helpful when viewing homes providing great insight about the features and details of each home. I highly recommend Jason as an agent and would definitely use him again in the future.

Jason, knows the products in Wasaga Beach and the Georgian Triangle in general like no other agent we have encountered. In addition if he sees something pertaining to a residence that concerns him the potential purchaser is notified of his concern. The possible remedy, and potential costs. In our case we were interested in building a fence. The next day we attended City Hall, with Jason, and had the drawings clarified. This is just on example of Jason going above and beyond in our opinion.

Jason was superb. I was selling in Wasaga while residing in Toronto, and Jason went out of his way a country le of times to ensure that I did not have to drive to Wasaga during the process. He liased with and helped my lawyer utilize DocuSign, ensured the house for sale looked as clean and good as possible, andwered my emails promptly, and did an overall amazing job.
