I cannot stress how much Jason was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile and did whatever he could to make sure my experience with this deal was the best. I would recommend Jason in my sleep. To sum it up: One of the best father and son team (Jason and Mark), I have every worked with.

In every aspect of our home search, Jason met and exceeded our expectations. He would provide thoughts and comments on the homes, the neighbourhoods, area pricing history and trends. He also listened, not only to the overt characteristics we stated we were looking for, but the more subtle components that we discussed. He would then layer this into his feedback.
