<p>Jason, and his team, are outstanding! They far exceeded our expectations every step of the way.<br /> We will recommend them to anyone, without any reservations, whatsoever. Please note that these days we have found difficult to find a real estate agent who goes out of their way to assist rather than just looking for a quick sale. Jason, and team, offered neighbourhood information, contact names for services that we will require, adjusted their own calendars (several times!) to meet our last minute requests, and negotiated a fair price for our new home. The wife and have been looking for a home away from home for the last three years. We came across Jason as he was representing the house we were interested in. After viewing a few homes with Jason the wife and I had a gut feeling that Jason was the right agent for us. At that point we signed on Jason. Within a week Jason found the perfect place for our needs. Believe me our criteria for a place put Jason to the true test. Jason is very experienced and really good at what he does. The wife and I have bought several places within GTA and used many agents to represent us. Jason by far is the best agent we have used to this date. <p><br /> This is my second experience with Jason, and once again he was truly outstanding and blew out expectations out of the water. Not only did he help us sell our current property within 5 days of being on the market for over ask, but he was able to help negotiate and secure us our new property in a highly desired area.<br /> We saw about 10 houses total with Jason, and although put offers in on properties (multiple bids) we never felt like we had lost the "one". When we did come across the right one - Jason coached us and advised us on how we should proceed to be successful.<br /> He was able to help us see past some dated decor and find us the house right the right bones, in the right area even though it was a holiday. His trusted contacts helped to swiftly move through the inspection process and we never felt like any of our many questions were a bother or an annoyance to him.</p>

In my experience it is rare to come across a real estate agent who you feel completely has your back. Jason is that guy. From our very first inquiry email with him we felt like we were valued, respected and especially, listened to. Jason spent over four hours with us on our first afternoon meeting with him, providing us with invaluable information about the area we were thinking of purchasing in and answering any, and I mean any, questions we had regarding the community, zoning, by-laws, seasonal stuff, builder reputations etc. I've never met a realtor who provided such hands on, incredibly knowledgeable service. He's friendly, polite, kind and always an immense pleasure to interact with. And, in a transaction that sometimes had very stressful moments, Jason was always the calming, reassuring influence. We felt looked after. I cannot recommend Jason Ruttan enough. He is without question the high watermark that all realtors should strive to be and that most, unfortunately never come close to. He has raised the bar very high indeed. Kathryn and I are just extremely delighted and grateful that we found him.
