<p>Jason made the buying experience very easy and painless. As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions and wasn't quite sure of the process. Jason was beyond helpful and was proactive and as we looked at the properties he would explain what each property would need and what I should be looking for, other than what was staged.</p> <p>When it came to negotiations, Jason had my best interests in mind and knew what to do to make the sellers move on the offer. This is where I felt the most uncomfortable and unsure on what to do, but Jason guided me through each step, and called in each day to keep me updated and go over possible outcomes and strategies.</p> <p>I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.</p>
