Jason Ruttan is one of those agents who goes above and beyond what our expectations are! He always responds promptly to emails, phone messages and texts. He comes to meetings fully prepared with the pertinent information that will be needed. He diligently researches the area in which we are buying or selling and is current in knowledge of the ever-changing market. He is great at giving different options and pro's and con's to each option, and offering his personal opinion. He helps us in the decision making process without making us feel pressured in any decisions. When buying or selling, we have complete confidence in Jason. Not only is he "there for us" when we are actively looking to buy or sell, but he is always available for us to answer random questions anytime. We always feel that he has our best interest at heart and we would highly recommend Jason to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent that they can fully trust and rely on.

I reached out to Jason after my mom passed away to help me with her estate which ended up going through the probate process. She had contacted Jason when she wanted to sell the house years ago, but decided to take it off the market and stay in her home after all for many more years. He remembered my mom and her home very well. This time the house sold within 90 minutes of accepting offers. Jason is an excellent photographer and created great listing photos. I truly appreciated his assistance and guidance during this difficult time.

The thing we like the most is Jason's wealth of knowledge regarding the Wasaga area, whether it was bylaw related questions, costs of possible improvements / referrals for them, or really anything we wanted to know. Jason was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us find our home. He was incredibly knowledgable of the neighbourhood and surrounding area. He was also very detail oriented when examining each individual property, this helped us feel confident in the decisions we were making.

We have bought and sold houses in the past, the realtors were good, however Jason Ruttan is the best realtor we've ever had. Jason sold our modular home within 2 days and we received $5,000 more than the asking price. The photos he posted and he took a lot of pictures of our modular home at different angles and when the modular home was listed it looked so beautiful, I believe that helped a lot with the sale. We are really happy in the home Jason found for for us. He showed us so many houses, yes fussy we were we had to have the perfect house. After 3 months of looking at houses we fell in love with the house of our dreams. Jason is the most professional, knowledgeable and caring realtor we've ever had, he's punctual and patience., I don't know how he put up with us but we finally found the house we were looking for. Jason was always polite and never pushed us into buying a house we didn't like. When viewing a home he always arrived before us. As well we didn't have a printer as it was in storage so on purchasing he was so nice to print the paper work needed to complete the purchase of our new house and for the mortgage lender.
