<p>We were somewhat dreading the selling engagement with any realtor. Meeting Jason dispelled our concerns immediately. He was friendly, polite and showed concern for our needs from the first meeting. Getting our signature on the papers never seemed to be his priority. We could tell that understanding how we wanted to operate, and the qualities of the home we were selling came first. We were particularly taken by the presentation of our home on the internet.</p> <p>If asked by a friend, I would recommend Jason in a heartbeat.</p>

His marketing techniques are second to none, both of our homes sold exceptionally fast and we even received feedback from a buyer on how well our house was marketed through virtual tour and pictures online. It can be a very stressful time buying/selling and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was!
