He took the notes and started sending us potential properties via email even during the Christmas break. The property we ended up buying was emailed to us in early January. He came out with us to view a few properties in the middle of the deep freeze with deep snow. His work ethic was/is unparalleled. Calvin was very responsive to our questions and requests. He went out of his way to make the whole transaction easier for us. He did research on the rental market in the area to give us an idea of the rent we could charge. He even reviewed the condo documents which was beyond his responsibility but he did it just to make sure everything was in good order. We are very happy with his great services.</p>

When it came time to buy he was the first person we called. He was extremely helpful to us as novice buyers and we really appreciated his knowledge and patience.
