He found the perfect place for me, but due to interest rates being a little too high, I had to decline the property. I spoke to Cody about this and he understood completely, there was no pressure to purchase something I simply couldn’t afford. I highly recommend Cody and will definitely reconnect when I am ready to purchase. His professionalism and understanding is undeniably the best trait I am looking for in a realtor.

I've known Cody for years and he's an amazing person, turns out he's a pretty great real estate agent as well. He went above and beyond our expectations, quick to communicate and answer the many questions we had. Cody made the whole buying experience easy and stress free taking care of many things we didn't even think of. I'll be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a real estate agent whether buying or selling.
