<p>This review was written for Calvin Hexter while working for the Mogul Realty Group. We met Calvin while visiting a property he was showing a few months prior to when we decided to buy. When it came time to buy he was the first person we called. He was extremely helpful to us as novice buyers and we really appreciated his knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend Calvin to anyone looking buy especially if you are interested in buy a home that has an income suite. He walked us through the many considerations for buying this type of home and most importantly helped with the numbers.</p>

If you are an investor looking for a Realtor in the Edmonton area, there are none better.</p>

The listing Calvin represented me in was a competitive situation with growing interest, bottom line is that I really wanted to close the transaction. From the start, we were able to gain an acceptance at a price below what I was prepared to offer. We required two extensions to remove conditions, I thought the deal would fall apart. He was able to read and navigate through these challenges perfectly. Bottom line is we were able to get a deal done, and at a premium price IMO. I have little doubt it would not have closed if we didn’t have Calvin negotiating my interests.</p>
