We were given enough time to prepare for their visits and we were satisfied that even though these viewings were being booked during the Christmas period he was respectful and tried to be accommodating to us and prospective buyers. While negotiations were ongoing he offered good advice on how to proceed so that the best offer would be obtainable. He definitely exceeded our expectations for promptness to calls for advice and was always very courteous and professional. Despite a low marketing value period with high inventory, our house sold in a very short time for which we were grateful.</p>

I was extremely skeptical on selling my house, especially in the market that we are experiencing in Edmonton today. It seems like property prices are at an all-time low with no properties moving. I was referred to Calvin Hexter by a family friend, that does nothing but rave about him. They used him to purchase a few rental properties and plan to continue using him. So I thought I would give him a shot. I was able to book an appointment with him quick and easy, he came with energy and extensive knowledge. Had a plan ready to execute that I was very impressed with. We listed and sold my property for more than I was expecting! I wouldn't believe it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!</p>
