This review was written for Kyla St Gelais during her time with the Mogul Realty Group - Edmonton. There were a few hiccups along the way that could have easily sidelined the sale but fortunately, Kyla was there to head off each issue. Her professionalism and attention to detail were crucial to getting us across the line. Always keeping my interests in mind, she was tenacious and conscientious. At the same time, always positive, she was a joy to work with. Without her hard work and personal touch, it's hard to imagine the deal getting done.

James was excellent in helping me find my first investment property. He's got an excellent understanding of what's currently available on the market and has plenty of experience with investment real estate. His team was also very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking to invest in residential real estate.

Another successful purchase with the Mogul Realty Group. James was 1 of 2 Realtors I worked with on this purchase. James was a pleasure to work with, having my best interest front and center. This purchase was different than my previous purchase as it was done 100% remotely due to the Pandemic. Showings were virtual using WhatsApp and was an advantage to me not having to trek through the snow. I look forward to working with James when I am ready to purchase again.

<p><em>This review was written for Melissa Shymko while working for the Mogul Realty Group.</em></p> <p>My wife and I just completed the purchase of our first investment property with Melissa Shymko and we couldn't be happier! She has extensive knowledge of the Edmonton market and years of personal investing experience to go along with it. What really sticks out for me is how Melissa takes such ownership of the transaction. We decided to purchase a still under construction duplex, and unfortunately ran into contract disagreements with our builder. Since we live out of province and cannot go to the property often, Melissa made a trip after trip to the property to meet with the builder, hold him accountable to the contract and update us frequently with photos and videos. Her negotiating skills got us through a very difficult situation without a scratch. I am absolutely floored at the amount of time she put in for us to ensure that we received an amazing property on our closing date. If you are looking for someone to help you make intelligent investment decisions and treat your property as if it were her own, I would highly recommend that you reach out to Melissa. 5 Stars! We will be buying with her again!!!</p>
