I was looking for an investor focused realtor and i was not dissapointed. Nigel is very accommodating and knowledgeable in the edmonton area. Where the good and bad areas are, what to look for in a house as well. He is easy to communicate with and he even drop off keys for me to my property manager after the deal was closed. He goes above and beyond and i would highly recommend him.

Cannot say thank you enough to James Knull, who helped me with my presale purchase! James has an approach to understand client needs in the beginning of the process, knowledge about the various areas (as I did not make it easy and we travelled the whole city!), professionalism, working experience with developers (which helps to get a great deals before the market gets them),negotiation and walking through every step of finalizing the deal.
