Cannot say thank you enough to James Knull, who helped me with my presale purchase! James has an approach to understand client needs in the beginning of the process, knowledge about the various areas (as I did not make it easy and we travelled the whole city!), professionalism, working experience with developers (which helps to get a great deals before the market gets them),negotiation and walking through every step of finalizing the deal. There were a few hiccups along the way that could have easily sidelined the sale but fortunately, Kyla was there to head off each issue. Her professionalism and attention to detail were crucial to getting us across the line. Always keeping my interests in mind, she was tenacious and conscientious. At the same time, always positive, she was a joy to work with. Without her hard work and personal touch, it's hard to imagine the deal getting done.
