Heather-anne was very quick to answer the many questions we had asked about selling 2 of our homes to purchase 1 bigger on. We weren't sure if it was possible to make our future plans come true, but she showed us how we could accomplish it verb easy. Buying and selling properties can be very stressful. Heather-anne took the time to explain lots of facts and made a lot of the process easy for us. Heather-anne went above and beyond most of our expectations! We have and will continue to recommend her to friends around us.

She understood my needs and my limitations. I had my mind set on a particular location and when it didn’t work out she was quick to find me a solution: not only did I find the house I love but she seen my personality and style without me explaining it al in words. She was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable.

As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of all the steps involved. Heather-Anne walked me through and clearly explained everything to me and what to expect next. I was very thankful for her knowledge and expertise and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

I cannot say enough good things about having Heather as my realtor. I was in a really tough spot and bad things kept coming up and Heather always stepped in to help me in ways that only a super hero could.
