Heather-Anne made our first home buying experience feel like the easiest thing in the world. We had a specific property in mind and once a unit was available she notified us ASAP and we were able to secure it after missing out on 2-3 other units. We had used Heather-Anne previously, and when we made the move back to the area, there was no doubt that we would ask for her help again. Heather-Anne was more than accommodating with our very demanding schedule. We were moving from out of province, flew into the city and had only 2 days to find the perfect home with a very short possession date. She had several houses lined up for showings as soon as we arrived. As we were looking at houses, she was constantly in contact with the other agents, trying to find a suitable home. We were getting discouraged during a very stressful time, but she remained positive throughout the weekend. Heather-Anne made our experience super easy considering the sellers market we were dealing with.
