Heather -Anne was knowledgeable, patient, understanding and looked out for my needs and requirements…. even when I occasionally tried to deviate from them! She was very responsive and available at all times and she brought a calmness and confidence to events (buying and selling homes) that are often stressful. Heather-Anne has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. Straight off the bat, Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We sent her properties that we were Interested in looking at and she was very open and honest about whether or not the properties would be worth our time, which I greatly appreciated. She was extremely easy to communicate with and was very quick at responding to any questions and concerns we had. She has great contacts for any one needed during the purchase process (home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc.) and was very thorough through the purchase process.
