Heather-Anne is fantastic! She helped us every step of the way for our purchase and sale. She is very knowledgeable about the process and proactive in finding the answers and solutions when unusual situations arise. She is also the voice of reason and calm when those on the other side of the deal (in my situation, on both the purchase and sale) are not being reasonable or giving cause to be nervous. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or both.

Heather was just the best. Selling our house was a pleasant process. We also bought our new house with her and on move in day, the old owners did not clean the house for our disappointment. She apologized many times, even if she had no control over their actions. That's when Heather, literally went above and beyond, she rolled up her sleeves , brought her 2 beautiful daughters and helped us scrub our new house clean. How can you not love her. She truly cares.
