Heather-Anne is fantastic! She helped us every step of the way for our purchase and sale. She is very knowledgeable about the process and proactive in finding the answers and solutions when unusual situations arise. She is also the voice of reason and calm when those on the other side of the deal (in my situation, on both the purchase and sale) are not being reasonable or giving cause to be nervous.
