It was fantastic experience to have Heather to be my realtor. We started this relationship since 2019. I knew her in her open house show. She was patiently, professionally found me a lovely condo, which was sold just in three days on listing in May this year. At the meantime, again, she found me another lovely place for our family. It was amazing to selling and purchasing houses without any gaps in this crazy market. I had no worries at all working with her, and so enjoyed! Heather-Anne was fantastic. I had interviewed three other real estate agents and Heather-Anne provided me every confidence that she understood the current market, understood our family’s goals, and was quick to provide market data and an articulated plan for getting us to the finish line. She wasn’t pushy or “salesy” about getting the contract with us but let us make our decision in our own time. Once hired and throughout the process, she was encouraging, and flexible, willing to adapt; she also provided us sound advice in the process of negotiating. Had we decided to go with another realtor we would have sold for roughly $30,000 less. (Scary when you think about it) Heather-Anne was willing to work for US to accomplish OUR goals rather than undervaluing OUR property to accomplish a quick sales commission. Throughout the selling process her communication was clear, and we were given very reasonable notice when someone who’s interested in a showing. We felt that our time and space was respected, and that Heather-Anne allowed the process to be guided by what our family needed day to day as selling your home and moving away can be messy and emotional for a family, especially kids leaving their home behind for the first time. In the end, it still only took 12 days and 4 showings to solidify the offer that we were excited to accept. Once we were into the nitty-gritty legality of financial transactions and contract signing, we were very impressed with how simple and organized Heather-Anne’s process was. She was even able to connect us with an affordable lawyer who travelled to meet us where we were. I’m very grateful to Heather-Anne not only for selling our house, but for the way she went about it; no nonsense, no games, everything was ethical, considerate, and well executed. Honestly, I think it would be foolish not to hire her.
