Felix was excellent, he was patient when we had to sell as well as buy our new place. The process to sell was easy and straightforward. We priced right and it was sold quickly. Buying is always nerve wrecking but we felt comfortable with him guiding us. We never felt rushed, and he was always there to give us much needed insights without any pressure. Once we put an offer that was accepted he walked us through the purchase step by step. It made the whole process seamless. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Felix was very hands on and guided us with sound advice and facts. There is no beating around the bush and it was very amicable. He also managed our showhome timings perfectly so that they lined up per our availabilities. He would make sure to be there beforehand to do the neighborhood check and give us a quick run down. He also helped us with pre-inspection contacts and acted very fast in multiple offers situation in helping us getting the offers in and at right price. It definitely was a pleasant experience and would be glad to work with him again.
