Felix was very hands on and guided us with sound advice and facts. There is no beating around the bush and it was very amicable. He also managed our showhome timings perfectly so that they lined up per our availabilities. He would make sure to be there beforehand to do the neighborhood check and give us a quick run down. He also helped us with pre-inspection contacts and acted very fast in multiple offers situation in helping us getting the offers in and at right price. It definitely was a pleasant experience and would be glad to work with him again.
