Full disclosure: I was introduced to Felix by a mutual friend years ago when my wife and I lived in Vancouver, and we became good friends. Our family moved to Ottawa 7 years ago to grow from 3 to 5 people and recently decided to move back to Vancouver. Choosing a real estate agent isn't easy; choosing wrong can cost you a lot of money and trouble. I was unsure about working with a friend; thankfully, working with Felix was a fantastic experience. Felix's logo reads "Distinguished by Sincerity." This isn't a marketing line; sincerity is a value at the absolute core of Felix. The line embodies Felix at a personal and professional level. We had a one-week trip to North Vancouver arranged to look at places in March; we weren't committed to purchasing that week, but it would give us a good feel of the market, and we wanted Felix to get a good understanding of our requirements. Purchasing via viewing online photos and a video tour with Felix was a potential reality. Indeed we viewed several homes via this method. The final home we purchased was the first property we viewed on our trip. We toured many, many more. Felix's understanding of the market and area was indispensable, and we relied heavily on his advice. I found Felix extremely accomodating; he listened attentively to our thoughts on what works for us and what doesn't. The whole process was very much a team effort. Felix is a snappy dresser, and he stands out, particularly among other male agents in this regard. The air of professionalism is immediately present when touring a property with him. I found him to be very courteous with all other real estate agents yet fully capable of putting them in their place if they were trying to pull the wool over our eyes (yes, this happened). That professionalism at a personal level with other agents worked to our advantage; when negotiating, he could be direct and firm without confrontation. When we finally put an offer on that was accepted, that was only the beginning portion of Felix's work. He guided us and double-checked all the legal paperwork related to the home's current and past condition. Organized and attended on our behalf a home inspection and renovation experts review. Did all this happen because I am a friend of Felix? No, because he truly is "Distinguished by Sincerity," and anyone who becomes Felix's client will undoubtedly be looked after like a friend.

Felix made the selling of our home so easy and took the stresses away, I would recommend Felix to any of my friends or family.
