As you may know, purchasing a home can be very stressful!! Felix was a calm and focussed realtor who knew what we wanted, negotiated a great price and made the process of buying a home relatively stress free!! He was exceptional at communicating any information that was needed in a very timely manner. Felix never seemed to be in a hurry with us and we never felt pressured to buy. His knowledge of the area/s which we were interested in was superb!! We are now happy owners of a beautiful condo in Kitsilano, with much gratitude for the immense role that Felix played in our acquisition.
