Felix has been absolutely lovely to me and my family. He was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer all of our questions. He is genuinely an enjoyable individual to be aroud and he gets the job done in a timely manner. There were no communication issues whatsoever, and Felix made the process of purchasing property seem as easy as buying milk from the grocery store (with a little added paperwork of course) ;) overall extremely satisfied with the service and I highly recommend Mr.Emmanuel.
