Felix was our agent for both selling our current home and buying our new one in May 2021. From the very start Felix proved to be a knowledgeable, dependable and patient agent. He not only set up multiple appointments for home viewing when we were buying a property but made sure he was present at every one of them. This was even if it meant he had to drive many miles out of his way from one site to another. He never pushed us to either buy or sell our home but shared his knowledge and experience and allowed us to make our own decisions and patiently waited until we were comfortable with what we wanted. After the sale and purchase he followed up with a list of everything we had to do before moving - for instance changing our address with our service providers. This made the transition so much easier for us. We had a very positive experience with Felix and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Felix helped us secure our first home. His dedication and commitment was exemplary, having viewed over 25 properties over the space of 4 weekends. Felix is thorough when reviewing documentation and in many cased pointed out hidden red flags which may have cost us more capital in the long run. He has a wide network of professionals who were made available to us in order to secure the best mortgage and insurance rates.

It is a pleasure working with Felix, not only did we end up finding a home we loved, but we enjoyed every minute of finding it with him. From the get-go Felix has been open and up-front about the details, and being first time home buyers, Felix never let us feel overwhelmed or unequipped to face the challenges of home buying. We really felt that Felix honestly cared about us finding the perfect home. When we failed our first few attempts in securing a home, he was right there with us sharing our moments of disappointment. He gave us our time to heal and was ready for us when we were ready to get back up on our feet and it really showed us the kind of empathy he has for his clients. We had a blast looking for our home with Felix, there was never a dull moment in our time together. He always made sure he was available to talk. He walked us through the entire process and made us feel in control. He's a great educator and he allowed us to be confident in our buying decision and there is no doubt we would love to work with him again in the future.

Buying a place is not an easy task, especially in a foreign country. When I started looking around I was pretty intimidated by the process. Mr. Emannuel took care of me greatly. At the beginning of our relationship he took 2 hours to guide me through the entire process: from how to hunt a house, putting an offer, mortgages, budgets, fees and etc. He is an active listener, understands your requirements and style, and brings in offers that fit those needs. He rigorously follows his values: integrity, empathy, and honesty which gives you comfort because you know you can rely on him to take care of things on your behalf. He is capable of providing end-to-end services according to your needs: finding a place, inspection, mortgage broker, legal services, etc. Therefore throughout the process, you feel well-taken care of. He filters the market on your behalf and sends the best matches periodically. If you send him your choices, he takes a deep dive, looks for shortcomings and red flags, and eliminates options that do not comply with your criteria. He has a deep understanding of market trends, pricing, and negotiation in greater metro Vancouver. Before you place your offer, he works with you, guides you to make a reasonable decision. If you do not follow his advice he informs you about full repercussions. All in all, he is great to work with, I was very satisfied and glad that he helped me a lot to become a home owner in BC.

As you may know, purchasing a home can be very stressful!! Felix was a calm and focussed realtor who knew what we wanted, negotiated a great price and made the process of buying a home relatively stress free!! He was exceptional at communicating any information that was needed in a very timely manner. Felix never seemed to be in a hurry with us and we never felt pressured to buy. His knowledge of the area/s which we were interested in was superb!! We are now happy owners of a beautiful condo in Kitsilano, with much gratitude for the immense role that Felix played in our acquisition. I would highly recommend Felix and will definitely contact him in the future if I have more real estate needs. I will also recommend him to any of my friends or relatives.
