Felix is an outstanding realtor. My husband and I have used many realtors over the years and Felix, by far, surpasses most as a professional. We decided to use Felix after we met him at an Open House and he listened to our needs and provided us with useful market information. He was very quick to respond to our many requests and questions. We toured several properties. He was always punctual, didn’t waste our time and was great at follow up. He surpassed our expectations when he made enquiries into expired listings. When we found “the one”, he handled negotiations expertly and was extraordinarily helpful throughout the process. As a bonus, Felix is a very likeable guy and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his services and truly would not want to use anyone else!
