Darlene is not your typical real estate agent. She provided excellent service for selling my house, including getting it professionally cleaned, staging it to look presentable, using top tier photographers and inspectors to cover any potential surprises that may come with the sale of the house and providing direction to me as the homeowner on what needed to get done to get the house looking in a perfect state. And she was managing each step of the process from start to finish. I definitely recommend Darlene!

We have worked with a number of agents over the years both in Canada and the United States. Without question Darlene is far and above any of the others. We were buying in Ontario while living in Virginia. A difficult circumstance made seamless thanks to Darlene’s exemplary customer care. We are in the process of preparing for another real estate transaction. There is no question that Darlene will be our agent. On a scale of 1 to 5, Darlene is a 10!

Darlene is incredible at what she does! She was amazing to work with. She was patient and understanding with us. She went above and beyond during the whole process of house hunting. We were definitely struggling to find a home with the market being crazy at this time. One of the best things about working with Darlene, was that she was able to get back you and able to answer your questions. She showed knowledge to each house and location that she showed us. She was honest and always on time, so we were very comfortable. She is always positive and has a great sense of humor. We are soo happy with our decision to work with her :) We will definitely be contacting her in the future.

Darlene is one of a kind. Not only is she very responsive, she always made us feel like we were her top priority. She went above and beyond to track down information on properties we were interested in and she made our home buying experience fun, stress-fee and seamless. She loves what she does and it shows.
