Survey Ratings are fine but it generally doesn't tell the whole story. We were selling my Mom's house and in order to ensure we were dealing with the right Realtor we interviewed three of them. Darlene came across as confident, knowledgeable and empathetic to the situation of the family home of seven children needing to be sold. She worked hard to counsel myself and my two siblings involved from the start in the potential and ultimate goal of the sale of the house. Finally something else that impressed me was her compassion for others. 50 years in a house can amount to a lot of stuff. Darlene works with some local charities and as fast as we could stack up the donations in the garage it was taken away. Very little contents actually saw a dumpster.
