Darlene is an absolute pleasure to work with! She knows market trends very well and will give her unbiased opinion on what the real value of a property should be when you’re looking to buy a house. Her past experience makes her knowledgeable about flooring, roofing, plumbing and myriad of house finishes which helped make us informed decisions on what some of our renovation costs would look like and helped plan for our future. Additionally, she is an excellent negotiator and is proactive when putting an offer on houses. I would recommend Darlene to anyone new in the market as she will teach you the ropes!

I highly recommend Darlene McGinnis! We needed to list our home during the height of tariff uncertainty in a slower than usual market. From staging to photography Darlene expertly marketed our home and got us multiple offers within just a couple of days. After signing an agreement, the buyers came out with some wildly unreasonable demands, and Darlene handled what could have been a very difficult situation extremely professionally. She ensured that we were protected and maintained our best interests. Fortunately, the buyers decided to back out of the sale. After being back on the market for just a couple of days Darlene once again got multiple offers for us, resulting in a smooth sale. Darlene certainly lives up to her motto of “Above and Beyond Real Estate” – even shoveling our driveway for us after a snowstorm while we were out of town. 5+ out of 5 stars!
