Darlene was always punctual, courteous and respectful of all request I made during the sale of my home. Extremely on mark when it came to offers and an excellent negotiator, Always available for any questions or concern no matter time of day or night. Excellent communicator in explaining what to expect when booking viewings and providing feed back from viewings and other realtors. I not only sold my home with Darlene I also purchased a new one with my daughter. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have already done so with confidence.

Darlene worked so hard to make sure we closed the deal.our first lenders declined our offer at the closing date and Darlene worked so hard to make sure we get another lender before we loose the deal and incur penalties for breaching the contract. THAT MEANT LOOSING OUR DEPOSIT. She walked with me and my family until we got the deal finalized. This was my first house to buy and it was so difficult,we almost gave up ,but Darlene encouragement and support made us go through the difficult moments. It had been one year since we purchased this house ,and we cant regret meeting our Agent. Excellent customer service,reliable feedback and effective communication is her greatest commitment.

We always felt that our agent had our interests uppermost in her mind throughout the transaction process. In fact, in preparing our offer for the new house we were prepared to offer above asking and our agent recommended that we start at the asking price. We did and to our delight the owner agreed to our offer. We saved a considerable amount of money as a result. Also, our agent gave us valuable information on other possible service providers that we would potentially need throughout the entire real estate process, such as for staging, furniture storage, fence installation, real estate lawyers etc. All in all, a highly rewarding experience!

Darlene was a great help when I lost my mother and had to take over the house and make it ready for sale. Darlene was instrumental on guidance getting house ready (de-junking), finding homes for some of the contents, cleaning and staging for best effect of the rooms. Darlene made me feel like I was not alone and walked me through every step of the way. Great job! Couldn't be happier with the results!

Darlene is the best agent I have ever encountered in the realtor industry. She went above and beyond from the first time we spoke about getting my house up for sell. She went out of her way to be there with me every step of the way from decluttering to staging my house without hesitation she was right next to me throughout the whole 2 month process.
