Darlene goes above and beyond to make the buying and selling experience stress-free. She is professional, reliable and always has time to take your call, no matter how small the issue. We recently bought a house with Darlene and are now currently selling one with her. When we bought the house we were just browsing online and saw our dream home. We wanted to go see it but the realtor was unavailable to let us know if we could get in. One call to Darlene and we were in the house within a couple of hours! There were many back and forth, long negotiations, a few buyers and yet, Darlene managed to get us our dream home! When we needed to pack up and move...guess who rolled up her sleeves and did much of the heavy lifting? Darlene!! This is above and beyond anything we ever expected. When we ran out of boxes??? Our fairy-realtor had boxes, wrap and tape on our doorstep within 2 hours! Fast forward to now....we are selling our old home with Darlene. She is easy to work with, helpful and fast. Within a day of agreeing to our selling price she had a cleaner, carpet cleaner and stager lined up and ready to be in our home over the next 3 days. Every single time we call her we feel heard, we get a solution and walk away a bit calmer. Not only is she an expert who helped us through this experience with calm, intelligent, knowledgeable guidance, but her attention to detail and strong negotiation skills will for sure be an asset when selling our home.
