Darlene McGinnis has been a trusted real estate agent for me and my family for a number of years. She is knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process of selling my waterfront property as well as finding a luxury apartment for me to downsize. Her knowledge of the market made resulted in setting the best price to list the property. Her negotiating skills during the listing were invaluable and she explained everything through the whole process. Darlene handled all aspects of my transactions skillfully. Prior to placing the house on the market, Darlene and her team made my house look beautiful and inviting, they brought the most upscale staging items to display and even did some painting of walls and other repairs to make sure it looked its best. I received many comments about how beautiful, inviting and well cared for the house was. Darlene had taken me to view many properties, so when the house was sold, I was ready to put an offer on a gorgeous apartment. She handled that purchase flawlessly. She even helped to pack my belongings prior to moving. I had just lost my husband and so her care and support was invaluable and I will definitely use her for any further transactions.

Darlene is a fantastic realtor and she went above and beyond to get our home prepared and staged for sale, priced properly for the market and sold. We felt well represented through both the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Selling a home is not just a financial process, it’s an emotional one. Darlene understands that and her ability to empathize made the process much easier. She was also able to advise on pricing and negotiate on our behalf to get the right deal for us.
