We have used Che as our real estate agent twice and both times he was extraordinarily professional! More importantly to us however, is that Che fought hard to save us money and made the entire process of selling our homes painless. His suggestions of what modifications were important or not saved us time and money! I definitely recommend Che for his extensive contacts In the real estate industry as he quickly found us buyers (the first deal in a very difficult market) both times. Besides being a very personable and knowledgeable agent, Che is very hardworking and always has the appropriate deadline managed well before it is due. His negotiations with other agents were very professional and transparent. In all, it was a very pleasant experience selling through Che Taylor, and will definitely be using him in the future.

Che did an excellent job for us. He is thorough and patient and is very knowledgeable about real estate and houses in general. I think he went above and beyond for us and we'll hire him again for our next home.

Che helped me buy my house and then sell it years later when I was posted. He was very professional as always and very knowledgeable. I was ecstatic with working woth him again and he had my house posted on the market the same day he came to take photos. He was quick to deal with viewings and offers right away. He helped me get what I wanted for my house and I would recommend him to everyone. I hope to be posted back to Alberta so I can buy another house with him.
