Che was wonderful to work with. He was patient, understanding and considerate to my and my fiancé’s needs in our first property. We chose to purchase an acreage, which can require much more searching, effort and patience and Che was better than expected on all angles! He respects your decisions and doesn’t not try to persuade you to do anything your not comfortable with, eg when negotiating price he never pressured us into countering if we felt we were at the point we wanted, he would always agree to our decision.
