Che was a great agent to deal with. He worked quickly to find homes within our price range, was friendly and did not place pressure on us. You can tell he is real and down to earth, no fake smile or fake personality. He let us explore at our own pace and when it was time for us to pull the trigger on the home we wanted, he had our offer in with ease. Our home was a brand new listing and had multiple offers submitted but Che was fast and our offer was the first so the sellers honored that and within minutes we had come to an agreement. Its officially been 7 years in our house, we have since added a new family member and couldn't be happier with the service and communication we had while dealing with Che. If we ever need to do this again we will be using him and we do reccomend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
